By accessing or using the Nchito Learning Centre website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Enrollment and Payment

Course Enrollment

To enroll in any course, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• Agree to these terms and our privacy policy

Payment Terms

All course fees are payable in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW). Payment must be made in full before course access is granted unless otherwise arranged.

3. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Complete coursework within specified timelines
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain professional conduct in all interactions
• Not share course materials without authorization

4. Refund Policy

Course Cancellation

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of enrollment if:

• No course materials have been accessed
• The cancellation request is made in writing
• The course has not yet started

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Courses already completed or partially completed
• Failure to meet course requirements
• Change of personal circumstances

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, texts, and assessments, are the intellectual property of Nchito Learning Centre. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nchito Learning Centre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
